At Stockmann ground floor, you will find a grocery department, a pharmacy, a flower shop, a coffee shop, a cosmetics department, and a women’s bags&acsessories department. On the second floor, you will find a jewelry shop, an optics salon, a book store, a dry cleaner’s and a men’s fashion department. Ascending to third floor, you will find a women’s fashion department and a kids fashion department. On our final and fourth floor, you will find a home goods department, an electronics shop, and a restaurant with a beautiful view overlooking the city. Free WiFi covers the entire building.

Stockmann loyal customer service is located on the fourth floor. There you can get a tourist discount voucher and apply for tax-free refunds.

If you present your passport at the loyal customer service on the fourth floor of Stockmann, you will be given a tourist discount voucher that entitles to you a 10% discount on all regular priced purchases in fashion, home, cosmetics and food departments on a day of your choice! The discount applies to all products with regular prices, and does not apply to press, tobacco products, services, gift cards and café and restaurant Chat, Costa Coffee, Zvaigzne ABC and Amandus. Tourist discount voucher valid only in Riga Stockmann department store.
If you are already a loyal customer of Stockmann, You can freely use your own Stockmann loyal customer and receive all loyal customer benefits.
Stockmann offers the Tax Free Shopping service for clients outside of the EU. The tax free service allows clients to be refunded the value added tax included in the price of the goods, provided that the goods are taken outside of the European Union.
How does it work?
The tourist pays the full price for the goods in the shop, including VAT.
At the loyal customer service, we issue a tax free form. When making Tax Free, personal documents must be showed. Items, for whom the Tax Free is being formed, are closed with special Tax Free tape, and they are not allowed to use before crossing borders of EU.
When leaving the European Union, the tax free form must be submitted to the customs official to be given an export stamp.
Then, the tourist can submit their tax free form with the customs stamp for disbursement at the nearest returns office or send it to a branch of Global Blue.

• Return your duly completed Tax Free Form and original receipt / invoice (according to local Rules and Regulations) to Global Blue within 21 days (Visa, MasterCard, Alipay) / 15 days (UnionPay card) of the date when you made your purchase and received your Tax Free Form.

If the procedure is delayed past 21 days (Visa, MasterCard, Alipay) / 15 days (UnionPay card) or not completed, the refund amount will be debited. The refund will be repaid only after the procedure is duly completed.
