Waffles with banana and apple compote

8 waffles

Waffles
2 eggs
1,5 dl water
3 dl wheat flour
3 rkl liquid margarine
saltt
3 dl double cream

Compote
3 bananas
2 dl ready-made vanilla-flavoured apple compote

Whip together flour and water. Add eggs, margarine and salt. Whip up the cream into hard foam and combine with the batter.

Heat the waffle iron and butter it for the first waffle. Fry the waffles golden brown and remove them on a lattice, so that they stay crisp.

Crush the bananas with a fork and combine with apple compote.
