Chicken in spicy sauce

600 g chicken breast fillets
1 bag curry cooking sauce

Cut the chicken fillets into four pieces. Brown the chicken and add the cooking sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Spicy side dish of lentils and couscous

1 tsp chopped garlic
½ chopped onion
Africa spice
1 tbsp butter
3 dl couscous
about 5 dl chicken stock, made from powder
Salted nuts
Raisins
1 tin of lentils, drained
Broad-leaved parsley

Side dish in small bowls

Peach chutney and date & tomato chutney

Brown the chopped garlic, chopped onion and couscous in butter, add the Africa spice. Pour hot stock into the mix, add nuts and raisins. Simmer as instructed on the package. Add the lentils and the chopped parsley. Serve the spicy chicken curry with couscous, chutney and naan bread.
