3 eggs
1 ½ dl sugar
2 ½ dl wheat flour
1 dl coconut flakes or ground almonds
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cardamom
100 g melted margarine or butter

4-5 sourish apples in thin sectors
sugar and cinnamon
Beat up the eggs with sugar into light foam. Mix the dry ingredients together. Add this mixture and the melted butter alternating into the foam of eggs and sugar. Spread the dough on the bottom of pie mould greased with butter.
Place the apple sectors on the top and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake the pie in pre-heated oven on the lower level at the temperature of 175º C for 30-35 minutes.
