3 dl buttermilk
200 g butter
2 dl sugar
6 tsp gingerbread spice
1 tsp soda
6 dl flour
2 dl raisins
Melt the butter and let it cool. Mix all the ingredients in a
blender into an even dough.
Pour the dough into a 2 litre round cake pan that has been greased
and sprinkled with breadcrumbs and bake for 60 minutes at 175
°C.
Turn the cake over on a serving plate, let it cool and sprinkle over with powdered sugar before serving.
