Fish and shellfish
The fish desk is full of fresh domestic fish and many
specialities. Seafood delicacies include, for example, oysters,
clams and various crayfish during the crayfish festival in the late
summer. In the frozen pool you will find lobster.
- You can also order exotic fish and lobster served alive, or
pre-boiled.
- Giant prawn tail is available raw, boiled or as a dip.
- The size of the shrimp in Stockmann's selection starts from the
class 350–500.
- You can also find delicious sushi at Delicatessen's service
desk. The sushi is always prepared the same morning.
- Stockmann's oven-ready fish products are prepared from our own
recipes, from fresh ingredients.
- Delicious and high-quality Stockmann Gourmet slices of cold
smoked salmon and cold smoked rainbow trout, Stockmann Gourmet
raw-spiced salmon and Stockmann Gourmet raw-spiced whitefish.
- Our staff can prepare raw-spiced fish when needed.
- We only use cuts of salmon that have been fully cleaned.
- Herring, Baltic herring, and sauces are prepared using
Stockmann Delicatessen's own recipes. These are available from the
service desk and pre-packaged.
- Frozen spawn of whitefish, European cisco and rainbow trout are
also available.
- Beluga, Sevruga and Osietra caviar is available by
order.
