Cheese
The selection comprise 600 different kinds of cheese, including many that are only available from Stockmann. Our professional staff guides and advises you in choosing cheese and putting together a cheese platter. You can also taste a piece of cheese if you like.
- Cheeses arrive mainly from Europe and primarily from France, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium and Spain. The selection of cheeses includes many specialities such as Gruyere cheese ripened in the Kaltbach cave in Switzerland. In Finland, cheese is also delivered from small local dairies.
- A wide selection of AOC classified cheeses.
- Many seasonal cheeses. Special cheeses are imported into the country during national campaigns, some of which remain in the selections.
- Stockmann Delicatessen presents the cheese of the month, which is a new cheese of the season or an otherwise trendy taste.
- Once a month the Delicatessen departmetns present cheese imported by the store itself.
