1 liter finely shredded red cabbage
1 dl soft apricots
1 large sour apple
1 dl walnut kernels
Dressing
1 part cider vinegar
3 parts walnut oil
finger salt and ground pepper
With a cheese slicer, shave the red cabbage into thin strips. Shred the apple and apricots. Mix the dressing and pour it over the salad.
