5 dl milk
1 tin condensed milk
10 cardamon seeds
1 dl rambutan
1 dl lychee
1 dl mango slices
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp coconut flavoured nuts
Mix milk and cardamom seeds and bring to a boil. Mix in condensed milk. Pour the mixture in disposable cups and put in a freezer for 3–4 hours. Prepare a fruit salad with fresh or preserved fruits or both. If you use solely fruit from tins, you need not add sugar. Take the cups from the freezer, dip them briefly in hot water to help remove the kufti from the cups. Serve with fruit salad and coconut flavoured nuts. Alternatively use other nuts and berries.
