Grilled teriyaki beef with soy beans and soba noodles

800 g beef sirloin
330 g teriyaki sauce
500 g soba noodles
200 g frozen soy beans
300 g pakchoi cabbage
100 g soy sauce
Salt, accordin g to taste
2 g black pepper
15 g rapeseed oil


Cut four 200 g steaks from the beef sirloin. Mix soy sauce and teriyaki sauce and marinate the steaks in the mixture for one hour. Grill or fry the steaks to desired rareness, for medium rare about 8 minutes.

Boil the soba noodles and cut the Pakchoi cabbage into strips. Stir-fry the cabbage in a pan, add the soy beans, soba noodles and finally season the dish with some of the teriyaki marinade.

Cut the meat into strips and serve together with the vegetables and noodles.
