500 g ground beef
1 bag meatball spice mix
1/2 dl cream or water
1 big cooked potato
1 egg
1 liter bouillon
Sauce
1 tin Stockmann Delicatess Romana tomato sauce
1 dl bouillon
Peel and grate the potato. Add the spice mix into cream or water and let it soak for 10 minutes. Add the grated potato, minced meat and egg and combine into an even mixture. Shape small meatballs with moistened hands.
Bring bouillon to a boil. Put about 12 meatballs in the bouillon
at a time and boil until the meatballs rise to the surface. Heat up
the tomato sauce and pour it over the meatballs.
