Marinated globe artichokes – Alcachofas en adobo

1 tin of globe artichokes in salt water

Marinade
2 tbsp vinegar
6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp white wine
½ tsp dried thyme
Fresh thyme leaves
Gourmet salt, freshly ground pepper

Drain the salt water from the globe artichokes. Mix the marinade and pour it on top of the globe artichokes. Sprinkle with fresh thyme immediately before serving.
