Grilled fillets of lamb

4 servings

700 g lamb sirloin fillet 

Marinade
½ dl oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp fresh thyme

Place the fillts of lamb in a two-fold plastic bag. Mix the marinade ingredients together and pour the marinade into the bag. Turn the bag so that all fillets are covered by the marinade. Leave to season for at least four hours, preferably overnight in the fridge. Leave the fillets out at room temperature approximately one hour before grilling. Grill for approximately 4 minutes on both sides.
