Spring festivities
Spring is the time for happy festivities. We have ideas for an impressive feast buffet, including delicacies for friends of meat, fish, and vegetables. Choose 2 to 3 filling salads, fresh bread and a few good cheeses for the buffet. Or make barbeque skewers, served with banana salsa and a bean salad or coleslaw, to go with the salads. The buffet is crowned by a delicious cake that just melts in the mouth and can be baked in advance to wait the special day in the freezer. Serve the cake on a buffet table with whipped cream spiced up with citrus liqueur or with half-melted vanilla ice-cream.
